[PUBLISHED ARTICLE]
Our partner in Politecnico de Milano published a new paper on Biomedical Optics Express.

[PUBLISHED ARTICLE]
Our partner in INSA Lyon published a new paper on Frontiers in robotics and AI.

AHMAD, A, Frindel, C and ROUSSEAU, D, “Detecting differences of fluorescent markers distribution in single cell microscopy : textural or pointillist feature space ?”, Frontiers in robotics and AI, (doi: 10.3389/frobt.2020.00039).

[SIMULATOR]
Within the project, INSA and UA partners developed a simultor. This simulator allows to produce light sheet microscopy images of chromatin chains with biomarkers which are distributed along randomly by distribution that can be parametrised. Also, any microscopy setting can be simulated in terms of point spread function. A guidebook will be soon available.
